We are pleased to announce the launch of the 3rd Batch of the Xi’an-UCLG ASPAC Chinese Language Training Programme, a joint initiative of the Xi’an City Government, UCLG ASPAC, and the Shaanxi Normal University (SNNU). The programme is open to Chinese learners from governments and organisations of UCLG ASPAC members, UCLG ASPAC Tourism Committee member cities, and international sister cities of Xi’an. It is designed to foster communication and cooperation among members in the Asia-Pacific region and to enhance the capacity-building of local governments and organisations.
The programme is free of charge and will start on 26th February 2024. The registration period is from 1st February 2024 to 24th February 2024. To register for the programme, please fill out the Application Form and attach a recommendation letter from your government/ organisation (direct supervisor) and send them to Ms. Chang Xiaomei: snnu_ISCSprogram@163.com and CC to Ms. Stella Huang: stellaforward@163.com and Mr. Aldrin Chandra: aldrin.chandra@uclg-aspac.org before the deadline.
