Online Course on the Localization of the SDGs
Deadline for applications: 7 September
Dear members,
The course “Localizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Tools for local transformation” will be held from September 20th to December 12th. This is the third online training course organized by the World Organization and the Provincial Council of Barcelona.
It will be free and available in English, French and Spanish, and directed preferentially to technical and political leaders of the fields of international relations, sustainable development cooperation, public policy planning, and other areas of government related to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda.
This course is based on the UCLG Learning modules designed with UNDP-Art and UN-Habitat, to train and provide tools for local and regional governments and their associations to the SDGs.
In total, 35 openings are offered for each one of the three modalities (English, French and Spanish). All members in any part of the world can apply to the course, though a recommendation from a subnational government is required.
The training will have a total duration of 63 learning hours.
Applications will be received until 7 September by UCLG Learning and the Observatory of Decentralized Cooperation,
through this link.
We remain at your disposal should you have any further questions:
learning@uclg.org.
Sincerely,
The UCLG World Secretariat
