The deadline to reply to the Global Taskforce's annual Towards the Localization of the SDGs survey has been extended from 1 April to 1 May. Your participation in the survey is critical. It is only thanks to your responses and those from your peers from around the world that we can produce such a rich, exhaustive, solid, and evidence-based report that demonstrates the central role that local governments play in achieving the 2030 Agenda. The report will be presented before the United Nations and national governments' representatives at the July High-Level Political Forum.
In this regard, the UCLG World Secretariat, with the support of the regional sections, will organise an online workshop on Monday, 17 April 2023, at 13-14h30 CEST. The workshop aims to emphasise the importance of reporting on SDG localization (and thus of your survey response) and explain the different survey questions to participants to make it easier for you to respond.
